Each collaboration begins with a signed licensing agreement, granting RAUXA specific rights to transform original artworks into commercial products.

Legal Safeguards

All derivative works are created within the boundaries of the artist's moral rights (droit moral) under international copyright law.

Original artists retain full copyright ownership of their underlying artwork.

Transparent Crediting

Every product includes proper attribution to the originating artist.

Accompanying documentation specifies the exact artwork reference, the artist's signature, and the date of creation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our products and website, including but not limited to objects, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RAUXA or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
