We strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping to ensure your goods arrive quickly and in perfect condition. The shipping place of the order is located in New York. For these goods, we utilize express carriers and offer uniform rates for transportation, based on the different addresses.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
If it is a customized service product, the delivery time will be determined by specific circumstances.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen delays.
Sales Tax and Duties
For orders shipped within the United States, we charge applicable state sales tax at checkout.
International customers, please note that the quoted freight does not include customs duties or import taxes specific to the destination country. The destination express carrier may directly charge you value-added tax and customs duties at the point of entry in your country. These are the expenses other than the freight that you have paid on the invoice. Please note that these costs vary by country.
By placing an order and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Refusing to pay these fees will not cancel your order. The goods will be abandoned, and you will not receive a refund for your order or shipping fee. If the work is returned to RAUXA, the customs duties and taxes cannot be recovered. If the product is resalable, the refund will deduct all shipping fees, including any charges associated with the return.
Track your order
If the product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a link to the order page on the platform, as well as the tracking number, which will provide access to your tracking information.
2. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations are only possible before an item has been collected for shipping. Please email us at contact@rauxany.com to request a cancellation.

Returns
Due to the limited-edition nature of the product, all sales are final, as indicated on the product page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
