When ordering products from RAUXA for delivery outside the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival at the specified destination. You must bear any additional customs clearance charges, as we have no control over these fees. 

7. Shipping and Delivery

RAUXA agrees to make delivery within 30 days following order confirmation unless the Product(s) are marked with an additional lead time. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delivery of the goods will be made to the address indicated during the ordering process. Products will be delivered worldwide by a reputable carrier. RAUXA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control. The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
